The property had everything you needed. However, there was no laundry and the pool was actually a jacuzzi instead of a pool. There was only one toilet paper roll and a few items missing. Otherwise, great stay.

Very nice place. Close to shopping cafes and restaurants.

We stayed here because our daughter was remodeling an apartment in the adjacent neighborhood. The neighborhood of Luxe Palermo Smart Suites is not fabulous: for example there are people living on the street, someone had their cellphone stollen out of their hand in the middle of the day while we were eating lunch. The room was noisy due to traffic on the nearby avenue. Otherwise the room we had was excellent. The facility was brand new. My impression was that we were the first guests. The staff was always available via text to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again despite the noise and the neighborhood.

Nice clean room
