Super cute and very clean apartment. Parking at Rambot garage was close and inexpensive. Great, cool AC. Location was prime! Would stay here again.
Be prepared to collect the key at s location a couple of blocks away. Lots of stairs - no big deal for us but be prepared. Strange bathroom layout, but worked ok.

Excellent location. Air conditioning in all rooms, important during a hot summer. Very quiet. Flexible check-out.
Beds a bit small. Only French-style coffee-maker. Need to have emptied dishwasher before you leave and bring away trash, which is a bit of a hassle 3-floors up.

This is the second year we have rented this apartment. It's a large 2 bedroom apartment - sparsely furnished has everything you need. It has all the essentials in the kitchen. It has a nice bathroom with shower only. A/C in both bedrooms and the dinning living room area. A wonderful location. Highly recommended.
For people with cars (like us) we parked in the Carnot parking garage, and it's a 5-10 minute comfortable and easy walk to the apartment via a main street (rue d'Italie) with lots of grocery, bakeries, restaurants, and other stores
The only caveat (which is fully disclosed by the owners) is that you need to go up three levels of pretty steep stairs. We are both in our 70's but managed fine, but you need to be able, and willing, to climb with your suitcase etc.
