What a great little cottage! Plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need to make family meals. The game room in the basement kept our 11 yr old grandson occupied and the master bedroom upstairs with sitting area was very cozy for a movie night for all of us. Just steps to the beach and a 5 min walk to our favorite pizza place, Tom and Pat’s. This pizzeria is just as good as the ones in Little Italy. We highly recommend the Beach Bungalow.

House was great for a group and close to Yale/New Haven. Very well stocked with household items. The path across the street and along the ocean was perfect for morning walks.

Beautiful home with spacious bedrooms and a great open layout for relaxing with family. We enjoyed some of the board games together and the kids loved the arcade game downstairs! Wonderful location that would be perfect in the summer, but also a great winter staycation.
