A nicely decorated, stylish, clean room up in the medieval part of the town. Our host was warm and super helpful and kind enough to allow us to leave our bags after checkout. He went out of his way later to then bring them down by car to a point where we could stop in our taxi on the way back from the beach. It meant we could continue onto our next destination without having to get the taxi up to the B & B , and it was greatly appreciated! We really enjoyed the bar cafe the manager suggested for breakfast

Some dispensers for shampoo and body wash would be fantastic, rather than single use packets! We arrived early and were allowed in which was fantastic, but the communication was a little unclear/difficult regarding the check in :)

The owner was really helpful. The view of terrace was beautiful. There was coffee and kettle in the shared kitchen.

Humidity was not okay. The sheets were wet because of it. Air conditioner helped but since it cannot be turned on every time it was hard to combat that. Our room does not have the view and no sunlight was available.

Location is great, just a few minutes from the harbour and main downtown restaurants/bars. As it's in the top of the mountain, the street has a great view.

I was in touch with the admin prior to my arrival with an estimated timing but had to wait about an hour for them to open me. Rooms are very tiny and the next morning we were woken up by the cleaning staff as they wanted to pick up the cleaning material that was stored in our room (room 4).

the area is beautiful and the landscape is gorgeous.

we arrived and the owner was very helpful though was unaware that the property was shared with by other guests, he then was unaware that we booked with a child even though we booked and it was on our booking then he took us to the lowest floor in the apartment which has a very strong smell of mould! unfortunately the place is nice but not suitable for a child especially the mould breathing In that smell during the night has left us with sore throats. no water available no use of the kitchen as it is just on display. wouldn’t recommend

bathroom had a bit of mold and one of the shower doors was finicky. Not a big deal.

Great location and comfort

Irene was amazing! She provided us breakfast even though we didn’t pay for it ahead of time, she held onto our belongings so we could go to the beach before / after checking out, and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The view from our room was incredible and the accommodations were spacious and very nice.

the rooms were in the very clean. the property was spacious really clean the manager was a wonderful woman and It was the only reason I stayed the 2nd night she was so welcoming and really made us feel comfortable and at home and was noting she wouldn't do for us she was the best. The owner is lucky to have such great staff.

There is nothing I didn't like. I stayed here one night decided to stay a second night just because of the manager she's an absolute lovely woman.

There is nothing bad to say. The lady that checked us in was brilliant 10am is very early to check out normally this would be 1100 to 1200 Otherwise everything perfect

We rented a room for 2 nights in July, for my girlfriend and I. It lies in a good location, really close to the old town and easy to reach by foot (as long as you don't have any problem in going up and down stairs). The room and the overall place was very well furnished, tidied and clean, provided with TV, air conditioning system, clean sheets, hairdryer, soap and shampoo and even a fan. The common area I provided of a kitchen, and from there you can get to a panoramic view terrace, with a breathtaking view over the town and the sea, ). The owner really welcomed us with her kindness, and I appreciated very much her will to go beyond her main duties: she is always ready to help her customers with any kind of issue, whether it concerns the apartment or visiting the town, from the staying facilities to the parking lot, and so on. Also, she is a local, and can suggest you with the best places to visit and restaurants to go, based on your personal needs. At the check out she even gave us a chest of olives of Gaeta, a local specialty, as a gift. We really enjoyed our staying here; it totally worth a reservation when visiting Gaeta.

The only things I can complain about are related with the inconveniences of old building and towns, which are: the many stairs to go up and down, from and to our room (about 3 or 4 flights of steep stairs) with no elevator/lifter at all; the poor natural light coming from the windows; the struggle in finding a toll parking lot nearby the apartment.

I totally fell in love with this place, the view is simply the best🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️

Ask everything you need to the lady and she is always happy to help you and give you any info you need. It's really good deal between money, location and accomodation ! Highly recommend!!!:)
