Host was very accommodating and communication was great. The property was clean and priced appropriately. There is a coffee pot and toaster but there are only a total of 8 dinner plates and 9 bowls. Nothing in between. It was fine for us, but may be problematic for a larger group of people who are eating in. There were no paper products aside from TP and no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. Again, ok for us as we had brought our own, but something to be aware of. Lastly, it is on a busy street and the front bedroom has a lot of traffic noise. Backing out of the driveway can be challenging. As I said, overall the house met our needs and communication was great. Would rent again if in the area.

Just as advertised. In our opinion, great location. Short ride to Lake Jovita, restaurants & grocery. Would recommend.

The home was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It looked like the photos I would have rated it a 5 However the cleanliness was below expectations. There were no clean kitchen towels available — they had been left soaking in the washing machine, so we went ahead and finished the laundry ourselves. Some groceries and food crumbs was left in the cabinet. A few dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The bathroom rugs seemed stained and possibly hadn’t been freshly washed, and we found one placed on the window sill. There was also some hair left behind in the master shower. We understand that oversights can happen, but since a cleaning fee is part of the booking, we wanted to kindly share this feedback to help improve future guests experience.
