Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great Spring Break at Fantasea! It’s a very spacious and well appointed house that sits right on the beach. All as advertised in the pics and description. Incredible views. The beach is quiet - not desolate, but we had lots of space to ourselves and never felt crowded by other beach goers. We were disappointed that there was no grill, but we rented one from Beach Bliss rentals for about $150 for the week. A reasonable solution. The TV room has comfortable furniture that accommodated our family (including 3 big teenage boys) comfortably and the big TV was great for watching basketball and movies. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and cookware that we needed. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The showers in all bathrooms were underwhelming, but the great jacuzzi bathtubs made up for that. Landmark was extremely responsive to the (minimal) questions we raised - where can we rent a grill, how do we get the hot tub turned on. Great house, great location, great trip. We’ll be back!
