The condo has a very nice layout and fit the five in my party with ease. The unit was clean, despite some stains on carpeting, but when you have carpet and guests rotating through the year, I don’t know how you prevent tough stains. Having carpet and tile in the unit reminded of my German grandmother, so I liked having carpet in the bedrooms. The Seawatch is a great family destination and we have yet to stay in a truly bad room since we started going there 6 years ago. I was nervous about receiving check-in information upon the morning of our arrival and communication with the owner up until the date of our arrival was minimal; however, true to the description on her page, YOU WILL receive your access information prior to arrival. Being on the third floor was great as we have a youngster working on being independent, and it is closely located by both elevator access points and the stairs in the south tower (and yet, still surprisingly very quiet condo). Basic necessities were available in the kitchen, but we never really intended to cook much on vacation anyway. The air fryer came in handy most days, and all appliances worked very well. The pull out sofa mattress is a bit thin and springy, I don’t advise having larger adults sleep on it, but definitely suitable for small frame adult or a couple of youngsters. All in all, a great stay, highly recommended and would consider staying again if the opportunity presents!

The location was perfect and the views were beautiful. As others have said, the communication with the owner was lacking and my questions were never answered. We followed all the instructions that were provided and enjoyed our stay. Things we will note: no beach towels are provided. Only 1 bath towel per guest, no extras! Shower head is too short if you are 6ft tall, but the water pressure in master beadroom was great. General Bath the water had no pressure.

Overall, the stay was great. My (2) young adults and I had a great family time celebrating my daughter's 25th birthday. The peace and serenity of being at the beach was wonderful and definitely needed. The communication with the manager could be a bit better. Questions were asked online with very late responses especially pertaining to checking out. We made it work and again, the resort and property is very nice. A great time had by all. Thank you

We have stayed at the Seawatch resort multiple times and overall enjoy our stays! There are multiple pools and hot tubs, the grounds are well maintained and the location is great. As far as this property…The kitchen is lacking in supplies (pot holders, pans) it was hard to make simple meals. The carpets were stained and the unit overall was lacking in cleanliness throughout. The ceiling was crumbling and needed attention. The room had a strong unpleasant odor. The host did not respond to messages.
