It’s a cozy little home in an area which has enough traffic to feel safe, but not so much that it feels busy. Check-in was breezy, and the house inside was clean and tidy. Being that I’m only one person, I can only speak to one bed, but it was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Parking on the street was ample.
The thing I would advise to keep in mind is that it’s not a new house, by any means, and so it comes with some of the features of an older build, like uneven steps or doors that don’t quite close. That said, the last time I came to town for the same convention I stayed at the Sheraton, and I liked this much better. I would probably stay here again next year.

The house was very clean, everything we needed. The basement smells a bit musty but have communicated that to the owner and hopefully she will take care of that.

This was a very nice little home but the boys were not able to get the Wi-Fi or tv to work even with the code provided by the host.

It was fine but needs some paint on trim.. doors don’t shut.. toilet is way too close to the wall. Men had issues. Neighborhood was questionable.
