Loved everything. The studio has everything you need, including aircon and a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom feels luxurious and has everything you need. Clean beddings, towels, etc. Literally perfect. Location was also amazing, as the tram stop downstairs bring you into central Nice in 15-20mins. And the beach is only a 4 min walk away and is also perfect (water super clear and can see 3m down).

the communication with the team was exceptional. I asked for several discs for washing machine and they delivered the next day. Any question was answered very fast.

L'appartement est ravissant, la terrasse fort agréable.
La climatisation était bienvenue pendant mon séjour caniculaire.
Le proche environnement n'est pas très classe; on ne se croirait pas à Nice.
