Wonderful big and comfortable room, comfortable king bed, great amenities! Super helpful staff available over text.
The location isn’t ideal - old Quebec and the Saint Jean are both up a huge hill so while they look close it’s a bit of a barrier. There are busses to get you there but they are not super frequent. It was definitely not as convenient as I was hoping! We ended up taking more Ubers up the hill when the bus wasn’t convenient and then walking down

The room was much larger than we expected. Nice comfy separate sitting area. Bathroom was very roomy, modern, nice aesthetic. Bed was very comfortable. Noise level was negligible considering there is construction right outside the building. Amazing reuse of the building.
The kitchen tools were skimpy. It is hard to flip an egg without a spatula. Paper towels seem like a must in a stay like this too.

The room was clean
There are no elevators and you are at the mercy of the staff to bring your stuff to your room. We had to wait over and hour and a half on multiple occasions to receive our items. The center to see the tourist attractions are 20 min walk away all up hill. Around the hotel it’s a Main Street no restaurants and a good amount of homeless people. The parking is very low ceiling if you for you won’t be able to open your trunk properly.
