the balcony is absolutely amazing, there’s lots of space in every room and we absolutely loved our stay here!
we actually enjoyed the walk to central taormina; however, I can imagine that it is pretty difficult for those with mobility issues!
we turned on the bug zapper one night and there was a small hole in the screen door beside the zapper so a lot of bugs got in the first night in that room. We vacuumed it up and didn’t turn on the zapper the next night and the problem went away.

Stunning views from the patio of the ocean and etna. Very friendly and accessible host. Comfy kitchen and spaces for sleeping and eating. If the heat had been a bit less, outside eating would have been great. A dedicated parking spot terrific. Washing and drying clothes a breeze. Nice to be away from the touristy chaos of the town.
Given the crazy heat, the walk to/from the town was always a bit of a drag. It's relatively quick (5 mins) but a healthy hike back up on the way back!
