Good room sizes
Lots of kitchen utensils and items to use
Oven ignition switch does not work so you require a lighter - not a big issue

Great communication from the host,
Really helped me out at short notice when my original booking with a different host let me down in arrival in Manchester.
Small enclosed garden, handy for letting your dog out in the early hours.
Deposit promptly paid back and great park very close by especially for dog walking or those with kids.
Would stay again.
Could do with a little bit of maintenance / refresh but nothing essential.

location is very handy and the staff are very responsive and helpful! the place is also big and very cosy.
you have to pay a damage deposit before you stay, which is completely understandable.
However, some things were already faulty on arrival or very close to being so. I suggest you video the property beforehand to make sure damage does not get blamed on you.

Lots of space, big beds and a nice garden area.
Everything seemed old and worn out. There was half snapped locks on doors, tv barely worked and the heating thermostat wasnt working nor was the heating. There was also noise monitors dotted around the house which just made it feel weird and as if we was being listened to.
