The proximity to food joints and phoenix Palacio mall
The constant smell in the room where there was no exhaust for air ventilation is a must. The locality also not the most desired as the smell continues in and around. A lot of mosquitos and cockroaches so hygiene is an issue with the place. Even when the room looks plush but hygiene and ventilation is a major minus.
