This place is exceptional — very well located, clean, with a spacious room, and the staff always attentive to meet your needs

O apartamento fica há uns 10 minutos a pé do centro. A localização é boa e achei até silencioso se tratando de uma avenida bastante movimentada. O apartamento é bom e parece ser bem seguro. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias (a mulher que fez a limpeza foi bastante simpática comigo) e os banheiros estavam sempre limpos. O quarto é amplo. Possui uma mesa e uma cômoda. Tem tomadas perto da cama para carregar o celular.

A cozinha, no entanto, não consegui usar pois achei meio suja e o cheiro de comida em todo o ambiente (hall, cozinha e quarto) incomodou um pouco. Precisei borrifar uns aromatizadores para melhorar o cheiro do ambiente. Não tinha locker então tive que deixar a mala na cozinha antes de fazer o checkin e depois de fazer o checkout.

If you are like me, you’re probably attracted to this property based off of the price and the location. Both of these are great.

There were a few things that distracted from the overall experience during my stay here. I wanted to give an honest review, to help others prepare for their stay. As you can probably tell from the booking, this is a old apartment in a large classic building. That gives it some unique features, but also a few downsides. I found my room to be quite warm and difficult to vent the heat out of in the evening, with daytime temperature temperatures between 26 to 28C. Ultimately, I had to keep my windows cracked open during the night, and for sufficient airflow, I was unable to close the curtains. This meant that I could look up from the bed and see windows of the unit units of the apartment across and one level up from me. I don’t think they looked into the apartment and saw me sleeping, but it did make me feel somewhat exposed and vulnerable. And because you have multiple different people in different rooms, it’s hard to have the typical cross apartment ventilation that would keep all of the units cooler as people need to keep their doors closed for security. Because it’s a classic apartment, and they need to keep windows open in the summer months, I did find that I could hear many noises of doors and such from the neighbors, people walking on the walkway outside of my room’s window, and the other person staying in the apartment. So I would recommend that you bring both an eye mask and earplugs, as with the curtain being open for airflow the room started to get bright around 5 AM. Lastly, there was a little bit of an issue with the mattress, being quite saggy on 1/2, and the bathroom running out of toilet paper, without me being able to locate additional supplies. These final issues, possibly could have been addressed by the units manager, but I will admit I did not reach out to them with my concerns.
