Clean and large apartment, very well equipped, very comfortable bed, floor heating.

Propre proche des transports pour Venise

Location was 10 minute walk from station and was a good place to stay to visit Venice as only 20 minutes on train. Host was pleasant and met us upon arrival to hand over keys and show round property, in addition also recommended some places to visit in Venice which was a nice touch. Apartment was modern and had everything we needed and we very spacious so was good value for me and exactly what we needed.

Person upstairs was noisy moving things around late at night in addition with singing loudly, not sure if they live there or were visiting however this didn't impact us too much as didn't really spend too much time in the apartment but could be a concern for others if he is a resident and continues to act in this manner. In addition to this we returned one night to find a soiled pair of underpants in the garden near our door to enter the apartment which i suspect also came from upstairs which was disgusting so could be worth the hosts having a word with him if he is a resident as this could put others off if he continues this behaviour. I didn't report this as we only had a short stay so this isn't a reflection on the host or the property itself but something should be said to him if he is a resident as he could deter or cause issues for future guests.

Decoration, cleanliness, looks like brand new apartment, and the host Georgia was very helpful and professional.
