First of all, Despina is a delight and must be the hardest working host on the island. She provided much information before we arrived, and made a list for us after arrival of her favorite places based upon our wants. She works all hours of the day responding quickly to WhatsApp questions. She helped us when we were confused on the door lock system and a/c. Breakfast was provided and was good. We had omelets delivered very early before our hike at Imbros gorge. The apartment itself was lovely. It's in a quiet area, but is close to the the historical area. Parking on the side of the building wasn't a problem. The elevator is large, and we were able to get our bags upstairs with no problem. The washing machine works great and laundry tablets were provided.

If we could change anything, it would be the size of the bathroom. The shower; however, is wonderful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Nice, comfortable, clean and new. Very convenient to bus station for traveling to and from Chania and Heraklion. Front desk staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
