Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with facilities to make hot drink. Luxury towels added to the feeling of being spoiled on our mini-trip. A very short walk to the town (less than five minutes) with plenty of choice of eating places.

Nothing! Although there is no parking at the property there are options (free street parking and car parks) within reasonable distance.

Felt very safe in the house as solo traveller. Very relaxing. Close to town, but in quiet side street. Short walk to the lovely Exmouth sea front and all it offers. Friendly, helpful host. Considering how hot the outside temperature was, the room cooled down and I slept well on the comfy bed. Good shower. Use of lounge with small fridge. Good tea and filter coffee. Fresh milk. Large TV. Very clean. Will stay again. Good value.
