Swimming pool, gardens and scenery, large beds, very cold fridge and air-conditioned.
Wouldn't suit visitors who want to walk to restaurants and shops.

2. Bạn lễ tân Trung Kiên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, chu đáo, rất ngoan.
Ăn sáng chưa đa dạng, Cần bổ sung thêm 1 số món để khách dễ lựa chọn.

-beautiful area with views of the mountains
-free bicycle to use (but be careful because none of them had working breaks. Ok for short distances, but works not recommended taking them far or on any major road)
-really good breakfast
-not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. There was a huge hair wad in the bathtub drain that kinda grossed me out, also a pretty bad smell coming from the sink. Not terrible, just expected a bit more for the price
-we did not get the room that we booked with the bathtub with a view, our bathtub was in the middle of the room away from the window, not a huge deal but also not exactly why we booked
-nothing was really bad here, I’ve just stayed at much nicer places in Vietnam for cheaper rates, so not my favorite stay.

The location, the staff and the pool were very good.
The electric was cutting in and out for the full first day and night, which kicked off the fan/AC constantly in the night, not ideal.
We had very disruptive upstairs neighbours until 1/2am, we went to reception to complain and no staff member was there. Left a message on the WhatsApp number provided & booking.com, no answer. Not ideal.
Next day the electric fully cut out in our room, luckily the owner refunded is one night (50%) and moved rooms to a functioning room.

"Everything about the place was amazing and that's not an exaggeration.
The biggest reason our time at Cendana was amazing is because of Trang. My party and I didn't plan our trip very well, so we mad..."
