Greenbelt Hamilton offers a highly practical living experience in the heart of Makati. Based on the current standards of the building and its surroundings, here is a breakdown of my stay experience:
Location & Lifestyle
The location is the building's strongest asset, situated in a pocket of Makati that balances urban density with green space.
• Immediate Essentials: Having a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks located directly beside and across the building adds a layer of effortless accessibility for quick meals or a morning coffee.
• Parks & Recreation: A major highlight is the proximity to Washington SyCip Park and Legazpi Active Park. These are perfect for a morning or afternoon walk, or simply to sit and relax amidst the greenery.
Building & Unit Condition
The management maintains a high standard of upkeep, which is evident in the common areas and the individual units.
• Cleanliness: Both the building and the unit are notably clean.
• Pest Control: The environment is well-maintained, with no issues regarding pests, which is a significant plus for high-density city living.
• Unit Readiness: The units come well-equipped, providing all the essential items needed for a comfortable, move-in-ready stay.
Amenities & Value
• Facilities: The amenities (such as the pool and gym) are satisfactory—they fulfill their purpose well and are kept in good working order.
The hallway has no air conditioning.
