Amazing location close to everything you must see in Rome. Safe area to walk at night, very quiet and beautiful! the hosts were very welcoming and reacted to any requests immediately. Truly enjoyed the stay and will come back to this place!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room very clean and nicely decorated, and the hosts were very responsive. The location was also excellent.

The electronic key to the front door was very wonky and often unresponsive. Several times we had to wait to go in with someone who had a physical key. Our room was also pretty dark, although I don't think this is true of the other rooms.

Very good location, near to the shops and modern decor.

When I unfolded a towel for the very first time -which obviously I hadn’t used-I found a hair. At first I thought that this can happen sometimes and although I didn’t like it, I moved on. However, I found another one to another of the folded towels that were there and hadn’t been used and small stain (maybe of coffee?) on the blanket. That’s not a coincidence, it’s a lack of cleanliness and professionalism. There were only two capsules of coffee for two people. That’s too little. The capsules were not renewed each day of the visit too. The elevator was a bit small, especially with the luggage, but we managed. Although the room was quiet, when we opened the windows in the morning there was a lot of noise coming from the basement of the building. If you want to enter the building make sure you have battery on your phone because that’s your code-key. That makes things complicated sometimes especially if you waste your phone’s battery all day sightseeing. A card would be helpful. Last but not least, there was an issue with the tv at some point and when we tried to watch a show, it suddenly turned off. We tried a few times again but probably there was a mix-up with the TV accounts.
