Awful! We couldn't wait to check out!! Booking.com really screwed us over.
No breakfast included.
Booking.com was totally deceptive in their advertising for this property. According to the pictures online when we booked the property, we were to get a nice sized condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, large living room & kitchen.
Instead, we got a tiny house for 5 adults!!! Our 3 adult children had to crawl on their knees to get onto the mattresses on the floor of a loft that was so low, they couldn't even sit up on. The master bedroom was so small, I could barely get my feet around the side and foot of the bed to get in & out of the room. There were 2 closets, but no hangers until we asked for them. We had 1 tiny bathroom. There was only comfortable seating for 4 people on one chair & a couch in the living room. The first night we wanted to watch TV, but it hadn't been programmed. The maintenance man did program it the next day upon our request. The second night, we came back after 8pm when the office closes. It was chilly in the house & we wanted to turn on the mini-splits to take the chill off the room. We watched the tutorials online to see how to program them. We couldn't get either one to work. We looked inside of them, and the filters were totally plugged up. When we complained to the manager the next morning at check-out, she informed us that they clean the filters once a month. It sure didn't look like it. She also informed us that you have to set both units to the same temperature in order to get them to come on. No where in the facility or in the tutorial did it say we needed to do that. We asked for a partial refund for all of our inconvenience, but were told that because we had booked through Booking.com, there was nothing they could do to compensate us.
In addition to all of our inconvenience, when we checked in, we were charged $477 instead of the $364 that Booking.com had shown us online.

Great location, but frustrating check-in process and hidden cleaning expectations.
Overall, the location is great, very close to Rocky Mountain National Park, views from our cabin were gorgeous, but management needs to improve their customer service, check-in clarity, and cleanliness.
We booked our stay through Booking.com, where the check-in time was listed as until 11:00 PM. However, at 7:20 PM, a receptionist named Gloria called us in a fairly unwelcoming manner to inform us that they were leaving in 30 minutes. She insisted on charging our card immediately over the phone and told us our key would be left at the Ranger Station. On top of that, she charged us significantly more than the price confirmed on Booking.com. While the resort eventually refunded the price difference, it left a very bad first impression. Our cabin was clean, but the floors were dirty. Additionally, there are way too many rules for guests. They charge an extra cleaning fee for excessive filth, you are expected to fully clean the cabin before checking out—they even expect you to vacuum!

stay was ok. people are great
the location and fresh air
the bathroom and kitchen weren’t clean. there were spider webs with dead bugs in the bathroom corners by the shower, and sticky finger prints on the door jams and the kitchen windows. it kind of felt like the last renter cleaned and the professionals didn’t do any actual washing. and the last item that was unpleasant was the mattress was covered in a plastic bag. therefore, the sweating was so uncomfortable and the crunchy feel unpleasant.
booking.com actually messed up my rental agreement and they almost changed me an extra 200$. not cool.

Don't get cabin #7 if you want any sleep.
We stayed in cabin #7. Road noise and car headlights were terrible. It was hot so we had to have the windows and doors open. Our cabin was probably 60 feet from the road. Bed was extremely hard. We didn't sleep well during our visit. I'm sure the rest of the campground was excellent but our cabin was not.
