Very close to all amenities, easy to access, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Host sent excellent check-in instructions and videos.
Nothing.

Great host, quick and efficient communications. Location is superb in the center of town close to everything Desenzano has to offer. PARKING is included in the fee in a clean and spacious underground garage . 3 minutes walk from the apartment - super comfortable.
The unit was spacious, clean if not spotless, we didn't use the kitchen but noticed it was fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, linen and towels provided as well as soap/shampoo.
Heating radiators worked great and it was pleasant at all times and the shower had hot water running at all times and a strong current.
While the unit is comfortable, it is definitely not new. Location above the pedestrian street means that when the municipality is cleaning or collecting waste, you can hear the racket.

Location was good.
The apartment doesn’t look like what it appeared in the pictures in booking.com. The sofa bed was most uncomfortable. The toilet leaked water no matter how hard one tries not to aim the jet toward the glass door. Visiting the toilet at night was tricky as the floor was wet and mat was soaked. Furnishing was a tad worn looking. The kettle looked like it needed a good de scaling.
