key collection instructions were clear but it was difficult if this had been a first time collection but my son had done it before on a previous rental. It would have been difficult if arrival at the property wasnt by private car

The room was so clean, bed was comfortable as well. Facilities were great as well. Kitchen had everything I needed, and the location is just brilliant as I attended the Broncos game & Gabba stadium to watch lions play.

The only thing I didn't like was I wished I had planned to stay longer, I'll definitely would like to come back.

The kitchen was well equipped. Good location for where we needed to go. Spare sheets etc were provided in cabinet. Drying rack and pegs provided so we could wash and dry items on the balcony.

Despite telling host that we were a family of four that needed to split up to go to different venues (for sporting comp) they could only accommodate us with one key. This was very difficult to manage with someone always being locked out (or in) because they couldn't access the apartment (or lifts which needed a tag). The apartment has two beds with no option to convert to single beds. This isn't helpful for a family. Fortunately the couch converted to a bed so one child slept on the couch. When requesting items such as dishwasher tabs I was treated as someone dishonest and was asked to provide photos as evidence. Key is accessible from a lockbox that is in a weird location.

The bathroom and kitchen

One bedroom had no fan or TV. The view on the balcony was not what I expected when booking
