Great location, comfortable bed roomy nice outdoor seating area

Very spacious and well appointed apartment. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent location close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping. Entry easy with code for lock provided prior to arrival.

Hot as opposed to lukewarm water not consistently available.

It was spacious and nice.

About the property itself- one of the rooms was unusable - there was black mold in the AC unit of that room so it wasn’t used. Someone had to sleep on the sofa in the living room but it wasn’t used difficult since it was not a single sofa so it kept splitting. Also the outside smelt heavily of weed. About the service- I would not recommend unless you are pretty much booking day of or know for sure you are going to use it. I had two deaths in my family last week. I was in no mood to travel. I requested a refund (it was non refundable because of course we booked it thinking we were certain we were going-we obviously didn’t know my grandmother and uncle would pass the week before.) booking.com said they were okay with a refund but ultimately it was up to the property. That being said, even knowing my situation- they refused to give me a refund. I understand it was non refundable but I had all intentions on going but the inevitable happened. I made it work and still did not cancel the Airbnb because I refused to let the property have the opportunity to make double by booking it out again, off of my situation.
