Location and spaciousness.
Unable to access terrace. TV not connected. Antiquated electrical connections. No cutting board in kitchen. A binder with simple instructions would be helpful as well as some tourist info and suggestions.

Всё супер.
Ножки стульев портят паркет. Надо срочно наклеить на них войлок, например.

The location was great, close to Termini station and all the attractions. We managed to walk everywhere. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings at the balcony and kids enjoyed the wifi.
The water pump can be a bit loud and it keeps pumping water every time you use it, but it does stop.

Everything was excellent. But !!!
The water pressure was terrible both in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
We almost could not shower because of the imposible regulation of cold and hot.
You either burn or freeze while taking a shower
That should be fixed as it deteriorate s the stay.
