the view, the kindness from the staff, the design and the location. and not to mention having Santiago bar downstairs was a great touch.
my room 363 had a lot of ants. and it ate most of my food. but overall i loved the hotel.

L’hôtel a un bon petit déjeuné, les chambre sont un peut petite mais le confort y est vraiment présent.
L’isolation n’est pas bonne. Que se sois avec le couloir et donc les bruit des autres porte de chambre, ou bien avec les fenêtre. Notre fenêtre par exemple ne fermais pas bien donc le bruit du moteur de la clim était constant.

Breakfast was basic and meager. Smoking area was in the same room with non-smokers at breakfast.
The bathroom needs a deep clean. The bed was nice and big, king size, but the room was tiny because of that. They invested in fancy electric curtains and lighting but the basic stuff like cleanliness and good breakfast was neglected.
