We specially liked the details in every corner of the hotel. We were told it had 1 year open, it shows. Everything is very high quality, from the hotel signaling, to interior room details. That was inside, outside, location can't be beat. Next to the hotel you have a colonial church, and a few blocks from Casa Postal you are in the Queretaro Historic Center.

The rooms are nice and the beds and pillows are comfortable. It’s nicely located in the center of the city.
The hotel is SUPER noisy. We were woken up by drilling and hammering noises at 8 am on a Saturday and on Sunday with live music from the restaurant, and the staff talking in the corridor. They should really think about installing noise cancelling windows.
