Loved the quick communication with the landlord, easy parking and close location to the beach... literally can walk to it... maybe 3 min walk.
If I had to say something I'd say the futon that becomes the 2nd bed in the living room could be more comfortable.

We loved the location and the availability of items to borrow to use at the beach.
Could have used a few sandwich bags? Really, nothing to complain about.
