Great location for our needs. We liked that it was an easy walkable distance to Gainbridge but, when it rained, an easy Uber.

My stay was great. Everything was as described in the listing and the host was very responsive. I would stay again when in town.

The apartment was very clean and smelled nice when we arrived. The bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on! The location is great and it's walking distance to downtown and many activities. The host is very responsive and will get back to you quickly along with giving you some tips of what to see and do in the area. It has a washer/dryer all in one which was convenient . A few things to be aware of, it was smaller than it appeared in the listing, but was sufficient for one or two people. It's in a building with two other apartments so you do have neighbors upstairs and next door. The walls are thin but our neighbors were not overly rowdy so it wasn't an issue. The bed sits very low, so it might not be good for someone with a mobility issue. The bedroom is in the front of the house which is right on the road so there is traffic noise. There are also trains somewhere around because I could hear the horns, however, The traffic and trains were not enough to keep me awake. The TV remote takes some getting used to as it is very touchy. (One remote turns the TV on and the other controls the apps). There is no stove but there is a hot plate in the cabinet be sure to look for it! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location for easy access to all things Indy! GREAT PRICE too!
