Het appartement heeft een mooi ruim terras en een rustige ligging

Great location, apartment was generally clean, provided a new sponge and cloth to wash dishes which we appreciated.

Ensuite shower was blocked so overflowed when we showered, master bedroom door handle kept getting stuck. Woken up with a noise complaint at 6am while half the group was asleep, no music or tv on, and windows shut but host was apologetic.

Overall, we had a good stay and the apartment itself was excellent in terms of size and facilities. It was a huge apartment with more than enough space for two people, and it had pretty much every amenity you could need — pots, pans, an oven, microwave, iron and much more. The large outdoor terrace was also a great bonus, and the air conditioning was excellent, especially in the Barcelona heat. Despite the issues below, we did really enjoy our stay and would consider staying here again. The apartment has a lot going for it, particularly the size, facilities, terrace and air conditioning. However, the handling of the hot water issue was unacceptable and could have been dealt with much better.

There were some issues that really affected our stay. The biggest problem was the hot water. We had no hot water for around 28 hours after arriving. We contacted the owners, who told us on two occasions that someone had been out to fix it, despite nobody actually having come. In the end, my partner and I had to figure out how to fix the issue ourselves, which was frustrating considering how much we had paid for the apartment. Even after calling to let them know that we had managed to fix it ourselves, someone still came to the apartment around 36 hours later and interrupted us. There was also an issue with the shower, as water would leak underneath the shower door and, if you stayed in the shower for too long, the bathroom floor would become completely soaked. For such a large apartment, having only one pillow each on the double bed was also a little disappointing, and the TV felt quite small for the size of the apartment.
