Convenient to Cades Cove, clean, good air conditioning, comfortable mattress

Bathroom is small but not an issue for one night

The quiet space was awesome. It is a little dated but that added to the charm and the bed was comfortable. The entire facility was clean and the staff was very nice.

No fridge in room.

Great location and the front desk person was very friendly. The water pressure and hot water in shower was great. There were plenty of towels.

The price was different at checkout than what was quoted to me on booking.com ($200 more). The bath toilet was not bulted to the floor so the toilet was wobbly, the shower was very small and the bathroom sink had stain around drain (not appealing when your brushing your teeth) the curtains were for decoration only and even though there was blinds in the window the street light outside shined in through cracks and made it hard to fall asleep. The pillows were very flat and needed to be replaced. There was no headboard on the bed so you leaned against the wall when sitting up to watch tv. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the window was sealed shut. No blow dryer or microwave in room.
