The location and the view was great!
Nothing. It was great.

It was near everything, we loved it.

Very walkable to trails and the best for us: a nearby brewery, Sedona Beer Co.(closed Mondays) and Famous Pizza & Beer.
There is no tv. Really made more time for quality time.
The description states Red Decks but there is no access to them. They are private property of the homeowner. Not a big deal just shouldn't be in the description as a highlight.

The location
Shower TOO SMALL, no TV, bath exhaust fan cover and shower head are filthy. The last day they want you to move used linens to the front. After you make the reservation they ask you to buy an insurance. The only good thing is the location.
