Dana's service was spectacular, make our stay very easy and confortable, she was attentive from before my arrival, throughout my stay, and even afterward. I forgot something in the apartment, and she was very accommodating in save it to give it to a person i asked for, which I greatly appreciate. I love the appartment and attentions. The apartment is very modern and has lovely decorative details. It's spacious and has plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, kitchen, and 2 double beds in bedroom. The closet is very large and has several hooks, and the bathroom has all the necessary toiletries and towels.

The apartment it self was beautiful.
The only issue I had was communication with the host.
I would always take a day for a message response.

Great location in the Downtown LA, just 20 mins walking from Crypto.com arena. Excellent contact with the host - Sophie - who not only was very helpful with getting to the apartment and accessing the parking, and sharing options for the breakfast in the area, but also helping us checking other points on our California tour.
The windows in the living room in the apartment are not very noise-proof, but luckily in the bedroom it was ok.
