The house was beautiful, modern and updated. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast in the morning. The living space was nice and open. Not quite walking distance to Universal, as it's on the back side of the park, but a taxi was $5-10, worth it for saving our feet for the day ahead.

Definitely need new mattresses, as the springs were evident in your back or completely broken. Kitchen towels would have been helpful when cooking/drying dishes.

We liked that there was plenty of room for our family of 5, two adults and three children. Close to the ferry to take us to the Osaka Aquarium. Close to Universal Studios. Great room, very modern.

Nothing really.

The minimalist aesthetic gave the appearance of cleanliness. I did like all of the natural lighting in the living room.

The check-in tablet was useless, it doesn’t serve its function. We had to use the link sent to complete the process. There’s a drain fly infestation in the bathroom upstairs. I noticed some dead ones in the tub when I first checked in. After cleaning them up (you can see water from when I rinsed the tub) more living ones just kept appearing. It also smelled like mildew. Although I understand the need for security, I didn’t appreciate feeling surveilled on my vacation. My husband went for a walk and decided he could vape because he was no longer on the property. Later, I received a message reminder about smoking in the neighborhood. We should’ve read the information book more thoroughly. Even so, that made me uncomfortable for the remainder of the stay.
