Location and rooms were amazing!
Beds were not comfortable at all!

Great location, beautiful beach, spacious suites.
We booked via a vacation rentals provider, not through the Hyatt. Although the rooms are the same, the service is not. No housekeeping was offered for a 5 night stay and there were not enough supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc) for the duration of our stay. We were charged significant fees, including a resort fee much higher than the actual resort itself charges.
