Great apartment with plenty of space with unparalleled views all around. The appliances appeared unused and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs patio was a great place to end each day.
There are an additional 20 steps once inside the apartment which could be a challenge for some, especially with luggage. The hot tub was a great addition however the water was so cold you couldn’t really enjoy it, even with the hot temperatures. Also the entire time we could not get the dryer to work and unfortunately maintenance never showed to fix it.

Beautiful property in a perfect location on Piazza Tasso, walkable to quality dining and shopping options. Bedrooms were spacious with good storage. The living dining glassed addition and kitchen are beautiful and the views from the terrace and rooftop are stellar. Giada was responsive and helpful.
3 of our 5 nights, street musicians played loudly until 11 pm, so pack earplugs if you go to bed before then. The third bathroom requires a significan step up, and if used to shower you have to relocate bath tissue, towels etc to keep them dry from the overhead shower. One of our group of 5 volunteered to use it, but not ideal if you are 3 couples.
