We stayed here for Freedom Street in September 2026. Nice property, spacious and plenty of room in the living room area, kitchen and ensuite bedroom at the back. Bedroom with the twin beds is a decent size, the third bedroom with the double bed is a decent size as well, for one person occupancy i would say. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed, fridge/freezer etc, & induction hob. Air con in the apartment is great & is provided in every room - really useful considering it was 33/35 degrees. It’s in a good location, walkable distance to shops on the main road and just across the road from the sea.
There wasn’t any kitchen towel, or new towels brought to the apartment so be mindful to bring/buy your own. We also had to buy toilet roll as we ran out. Toilet in the large ensuite bedroom was dirty upon arrival. There were ants crawling around in the large ensuite room, I was concerned there was a nest or a small hole in the wall because one day I was eating & left a plate on the dressing table and saw a trail of ants crawling over it and all over my plate. The ensuite shower was blocked on the 2nd night, so we couldn’t use it which left us with only one bathroom between the 4 of us - manageable but a little inconvenient considering we expected two fully working showers throughout the duration of our stay. (I’ve read previous reviews with this issue but thought it may have been resolved so we decided to book the apartment anyway). I did reach out to the owner with these issues and they came the next morning to unblock the shower, clean the toilet and they gave us some ant repellent. The owner said ants are quite common around that time of year so considering they know it’s common it would’ve been nice for them to provide ant repellent in the property so I wouldn’t need to contact them with the complaint. Other than that, it was a good place for our 6 night stay.
