The place is very clean, well equipped with everything you need, including a heater fan, a fan, a toaster, a capsule coffee machine, etc. There are complimentary paper sachet tea, capsule coffee and hot chocolate for you. The bed is comfortable. The location is convenient, right opposite to St. Leonard Park, in a walking distance from Victoria Cross Metro Station. There is even a storage room for your luggage that you can use before check-in and after check-out.
They are chairs and tables in the courtyard right outside the bedroom window, and sometimes there could be people talking there, causing noise in the bedroom. This is what happened in my first night. However after I told them to please talk somewhere else, they apologised and complied.

Lovely little place close to train and metro. Had everything you would, need with coffee shop at end of street. If taking dog, across the road from a great park. Thought parking would be an issue but this turned out to be ok also.
