Great location,Easy walking distance to everything
Good value for a family
Kitchen/diner/lounge very spacious
Large fridge freezer
Really handy to have washing machine and dryer
Great views
Beds- were small, mattress in second bedroom very hard
Dislike the dooner/duvet flat sheet set up.
Internet bandwidth not good enough to run other streaming services
The town clock tower is very close and it chimes 24/7
Hourly 11pm -6am
Every 15 mins at all other times
So if you have kids or are a light sleeper beware, my sleep was very disturbed.

This is a beautiful and cozy apartment that we would love to come back again in Launceston, the view is stunning and and facilities are well prepared. We enjoyed having coffee in living room with the beautiful view. Also the location is close to city central with many restaurants and groceries.

Location and views were great!
Wifi was repeatedly dropping out and beds were a little uncomfortable.

Prefer size for a 3 night stay. Well presented close to city and supermarket, an easy walk to the football stadium.
Tight parking spot recommend backing into it.
