Property was superbly located, short walk into town, next to a park, atm and supermarket. Quiet safe area. Amenities were provided for cooking, personal hygiene and laundry. Strong air conditioning which is needed during Armenian summers!
Wine and chocolates were a delightful touch on arrival!
Host is very friendly and we were able to communicate via WhatsApp and he answered all our queries and questions.
Mattress was slightly uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Had curtains been black out that would have been even better!

I arrived late at night because of flight delay but the host was cooperative and performed the checkin without any hesitation.
