The price was great. The facilities were fully functional and comfortable. Very clean.
Was stuck outside the room for 30min in middle of night because the card we were carrying was non-functional. Small oops, aside from that it was awesome.

Place was beautiful and high level. Very comfortable mist happening at times. Rain drizzling was a good surprise for 2 nights. Place was very clean. Bed were very comfortable. Lucky have shuttle bus to and fro the hotel and cheap at 7RM per person.
Aircon behave erratically and break down at times. Door handle was loosened a bit on the toilet. Alighting at tower 7 by the grab driver was wrong when it's supposed to be tower 4. Had a hard time searching for the right place and getting grab to make it with 10 to 18RM. Usually grab driver expect 20 and above RM.
