اكثر شي اعجبني حرصهم على النزيل طلبت منهم عن طريق الايميل توفر غرفه لدخول مبكر وكان الموظف المصري الله يجزاه خير يتواصل معي بالاتصال قبل ماتوصل رحلتي ويخبرني ان الغرفه جاهزه شكراً لكل العاملين القائمين على خدمة النزلاء

Location & comfort

Reception staff is not dealing good with staff, therefore cleaning staff is dealing badly with customers . Look at the photo of the toilet paper, they put it in room after cleaning. Also, If you smell the place after cleaning you would never stay in this place again. I just ask the janitor politely question about getting more paper and other stuff, and this is what they reward me for. One more thing, I ask janitor one more paper and he said he can not do anything without command from reception staff. This is chain problem from owners to reception staff to janitors and other workers. I would never stay in this place again and not recommending anyone to stay unless whole system changed or need to stay as emergency.
