The apartment was fabulous! Very spacious and beautifully furnished, with a lovely outside seating area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The beds were really comfy and the shower was great. There was a washing machine and even a drying rack, which was very useful! The apartment is also close to public transport and has a supermarket within a few minutes' walk. Flavio was the perfect host, offering lots of recommendations and helpful advice, and was very responsive with the one issue that we had which he helped us to resolve very quickly. Would highly recommend staying here!

Despite our late arrival, Flavio and his lovely daughter kindly waited for us. We are not very good at English, but he explained everything about the apartment, transportation nearby, and sightseeing spots in clear and easy-to-understand English.
The apartment was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The courtyard was especially beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were supermarkets, bus stops, and a metro station nearby, which made it very convenient for sightseeing.
We also had a small issue where the circuit breaker went off because we used too much electricity, but Flavio responded quickly and kindly explained how to solve the problem.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing stay in Rome. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality!
The towels and other amenities were provided as one set per person, which was enough for our stay. However, having an extra set available would have been even more convenient.

The host meet us at the front door when we knocked at 20.00, three hours late because our flights had been delayed. He was very friendly and full of great information. The property was clean and practical and the location was very easy to commute from for all our tours. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Rome.
If I was to be really picky I would say the Piano could of been replaced with a table and chairs.
