The apartment is clean, beautifully renovated and spacious. Comfortable beds and living areas. Staff did what the could to repair the air conditioner, unfortunately it took 2 days.
Part of the apartment gets so hot from the sun, including the bathrooms and a bedroom. The air conditioner in this bedroom was malfunctioning so we were unable to sleep in it for 2 nights until it was replaced. Luckily the lounge was comfortable. We’ve been promised a partial refund but so far nothing has come through.

- Good location with about walk to the main part of Florence. Located in an area with so many authentic restaurants.
- Beds were extremely comfy.
- good overall amenities with everything needed to feel right at home.
Air con in one room was a tad too loud. An easy maintenance fix I’m sure.

Niets!
