Brand new house with all the essentials in place including latest kitchen equipments, utensils, electronic external window rolling shades, big bathroom and Excellent insulated windows. Though there is a train track next to the house , it was not at all an issue in the night. Host was friendly and well communicative.
No Airconditioning, so watch out in summers but in winter this wil be the best house to keep you warm due to excellent insulation and electric external rolling shades. I also discussed with the host and they would consider installing AC.
