Everything about this accommodation is wonderful: a good location, cleanliness, and all the essentials for the price. You can make yourself tea or breakfast. Excellent value for money. The room is compact, and the bathroom is very compact, but it is quite comfortable for a short stay. The service, as well as Michael's assistance, attentiveness, and professionalism, were outstanding. That is why I cannot give a rating lower than 10.

However, I must mention that the house is located literally 1.5 meters away from another dwelling. Consequently, it was very noisy in the evenings and mornings. On Sunday morning, I would have liked some peace and quiet. Rwandans wake up very early, so if you value peace and quiet, I would advise you to find another place.

Extremely clean! Both Michael and John were incredibly prompt, kind, attentive and helpful. The location is close enough to most spots of interest, and is very safe.

The locks on the doors malfunction, but it wasn’t too problematic once I got the hang of it.

Michael is one of the most amazing hosts I’ve experienced during my travels to 73 countries! My bus from Burundi was delayed by almost 8 hours, so I arrived around midnight. Michael was incredibly caring and supportive, even speaking with the driver to make sure I arrived safely. He is very polite, welcoming, and always happy to help. He answered all my questions, helped me with a motorbike, and shared useful local information. Even when he didn’t know something, he would ask his friends and find out for me. He really takes time for his guests and makes you feel at home. Also it has a good WiFi and good common area and kitchen to use. His nephew is also super cute, and it was lovely spending some time with him! :) I only stayed one night, but felt very comfortable and would definitely love to come back. Thank you, Michael! :)
