Stayed here with my family. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and relaxing. We particularly liked the swimming pool, which was clean and provided a nice space to unwind. The roof deck was another highlight, offering a beautiful view that made the stay even more memorable. The hotel does not have an elevator, so it may be something to consider for guests who have difficulty using stairs or have heavy luggage. Aside from that, the overall experience was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

The town is just a few steps away from the hotel, making it very convenient to explore the area. However, getting back to the property can be a bit challenging as it is located uphill. They also offer motorbike rentals at reasonable prices, which makes getting around the area more convenient. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant, and the breakfast is also good. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator. Aside from that, everything is perfect. I would definitely come back!

The staff were very very friendly and responsive. This was probably the best part of staying in Vienna. Personally I found the beds very comfortable because it was a firm bed. The aircon was good and always felt nice after a day out. It was also reassuring to have a safe in the room for precious belongings. I also liked the location, since it wasn't too far from the main street, we mostly walked.

My biggest complaint was that the WiFi didn't connect in our room (Room 316). I didn't complain to the staff because I didn't want to move rooms again. In the first room we were in, it did connect to WiFi, however it was too slow for Youtube (we had to move rooms because the aircon was leaking, which is no ones fault). The second thing I did not like was that we had to ask the staff to change our bedsheets. Even though our room was being cleaned daily, we realised after a few days that our bed sheets were not actually being changed. The staff however, were very happy to change the sheets once you asked them. On our last day, the toilet also became partially blocked and didn't flush properly, even though we were very careful not to use toilet paper and block the pipes. The toilet did eventually unblock itself after half a day.
