Near the places that we wanted to go. Clean. Well maintained. We had almost everything that we needed like kettle, microwave, glass… It has AC in each rooms which is perfect for the summer. A bonus feature is having a smart tv which has netflix.

Not enough body soap and the ac on the master’s bedroom is not really working well. With the rental price, It would be perfect if you have a body soap and shampoo dispenser.

The location was excellent, very close to the Duomo and everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and the location was definitely the best part of our stay.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a major problem during our stay. From the first day, the living room and one of the bedrooms were very hot and the AC was not cooling properly. We contacted the host several times and were told that a technician would come, but the problem was never properly fixed during our stay. We even switched the units off for a full day and tried restarting them as instructed, but it made no difference. Staying in the apartment during the hot weather was very uncomfortable, especially since we had an elderly family member with us. For the price we paid, we expected the air conditioning to be fully functional and the issue to be handled much faster.
