The owner is very friendly and responsive. The check-in was contactless, and you don't have a key because you live in a new building in an apartment with an electronic lock.
The apartment is spacious and clean with a super comfortable and huge bed. Since it's a new apartment complex, there are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. The sights are also close: just 15 minutes walking.
Also, this apartment complex has a storage room called Складоffка, which is very convenient if you can't leave your things at the apartment.
Everything mentioned here is not a big problem, just some inconvenience or a wish to improve.
The socket is a bit far from the bed, so an extension cord could be a great idea.
It would be nice if there were something like nightstands next to the bed.
It would be nice if there were a powder for washing for short-term travellers.
Also, it would be cool if there were several hangers in the bathroom.
