Great location with easy access to the city and surrounding attractions. Great view from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable and the unit was clean and well presented. Several great cafes and restaurants nearby. A short stroll to the mall or over the river to South Bank.
The washer/dryer needs some attention. The door does not lock properly and kept opening mid-cycle. Some of the furniture is in need of minor repair; loose fittings on the outdoor chairs and a detached seat on one of the bar stools.

Met at a convenience store across the road. Very straight forward.
Nothing apartment was brilliant.

The views. We were on Level 58 in a 3 bedroom private residential apartment, which was spectacular. Super comfy beds, huge TV. Very central to all attractions and the heart of the city. Awesome, secure carparking.
Filthy. The floors weren't vacuumed and had spill stains everywhere on floors, carpets and tables, in the lounge, dining, kitchen. We vacuumed the main areas because there was so much long hair and dust bunnies everywhere. We wiped down all tables. One toilet wasn't cleaned from previous user and there is mould in the bathroom cabinets. For such a gorgeous apartment, it was very disappointing.
